Outside regular office hours, the emergency fee is increased by the time spent by the doctor and nurse according to their actual involvement in the care. These surcharges are billed in addition to the price of examinations, procedures, medications, and materials used. These surcharges allow us to ensure and appropriately compensate our professional team for weekend and exceptional care for your pets. Thank you for your understanding. Treatment outside regular office hours is possible only after prior telephone arrangement and confirmation of team availability at 722 599 699. This is not a 24/7 service.

How do I make an appointment with you?

The fastest way is through the reservation form above — you select the reason for your visit and an available date, and a confirmation will be sent to you via email. If you are unsure about what to choose, call the reception. +420 722 599 699 and we will order for you ourselves.

Do I need to make an appointment, or can I come without one?

We recommend making an appointment — clients with appointments have priority and do not wait. Of course, we will not refuse you without an appointment, but the waiting time depends on how busy we are at the moment.

What animals do you treat?

Dogs, cats, and small mammals. If you are not sure whether your pet belongs to this group, call us and we will advise you.

What are your office hours?

Monday to Friday 8:00 AM–8:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday 10:00 AM–6:00 PM. We will further extend the operating hours.

Since when are you open?

We will start full operations according to the stated opening hours on Monday, September 14, 2026, at 8:00 AM. Before that, on September 9, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, we are holding an open house — come and take a look and meet the team.

What should I bring with me on the first visit?

Vaccination certificate or pet passport, reports from the previous veterinarian, if you have them, and a list of medications the animal is taking. For small mammals, information about what you are feeding the animal will also be helpful.

How do I cancel or reschedule an already agreed appointment?

Do you also deal with acute conditions?

Yes, we treat acute cases during office hours — please call in advance so we can be prepared for you. We operate a 24/7 emergency service, and we will publish the number as soon as it is ready.
